This project was a blend of renovation and new construction. We kept the existing pool shell but took out the entire spa, swapping the original raised spa for a flush one. We also added a fireplace and demolished the existing built-in to create a new one out of the same marble stone used in the decking. Also of note:

• Custom-cut coping to fit the curved shape of the pool

• Mosaic waterline tile

• Removed old decking and landscaping and replaced with tundra marble and artificial turf

• Upgraded the landscape lighting and irrigation

• Updated the traditional fence with a modern horizontal fence

• Fence lighting and bistro lights
